What content for these services?
My work seeks above all to highlight all the qualities of the space to be photographed in order to fully transcribe its atmosphere and ambiance. The “philosophy” of the place must emerge at first glance.
All my photographs are taken with a high quality High Resolution final image using a full-frame Reflex camera and different high-quality lenses , especially at wide angle (without excessive deformations) for interior spaces. The images are all processed and assembled with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop with the utmost care. Any image distortions will be corrected. For interior spaces, it will never be simple mechanically assembled HDR but tailor-made treatments (with localized stitching between different shots) adapted to the specificities of the place and the shots that will have been taken.
Concerning architectural photographs, the spirit of the building and the realism of the representation will be my favorite criteria. Front shots with obvious perspectives will be accompanied by other viewpoints to reveal the whole dimensional aspect of the work. _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-8d_bad5
Quels Tarifs pour
la photo immobilière et AirBnb ?
Des devis totalement personnalisés selon vos besoins et la nature spécifique de certains biens immobiliers pourront vous être communiqués. La durée du shooting, les horaires (pour les photos de nuit, de crépuscule ou d'aube, des suppléments seront à rajouter) ainsi que le nombre de photographies à traiter et à livrer, modifieront le prix de la prestation.
Pour les besoins et les biens immobiliers les plus courants, des forfaits complets sont proposées ci-dessous. Ces forfaits qui concernent l'immobilier classique et les locations en AirBnB sont bien entendu modulables.

Regarding travel costs, beyond the distance of 25 km, a tariff supplement of 0.65 euros including tax per kilometer (round trip) will be invoiced on the estimate. For distance calculations, refer to the viamichelin.fr site, the shortest route, from my city of residence and studio. For journeys of more than 150 km, the fare supplement will be increased, see quote.
